Leonard, Herman, Colgan, Gifford &amp; Burger by phone<\/p>\n<p>Absent:<\/p>\n<p>Visitors: None<\/p>\n<p>A motion was made by Burger, second by Havertape to approve the agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Kramer reviewed the resolution 7.3.17 regarding a General Obligation Refunding Loan Agreement that would require holding a public hearing. \u00a0A motion was made by Burger, second by Herman to set the public hearing date for Thursday, July 20 at 6:30 p.m. Motion carried<\/p>\n<p>There was no public comment.<\/p>\n<p>Motion by Burger, second by Herman to adjourn.
