A special meeting of the Combined Lake Delhi Recreational Facility and Water Quality District was held and called to order at 5:00 pm by President Althoff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Present: Althoff; Present via Zoom: Scherrman, Staebell, Burger, Beals and Leonard<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Absent: Thompson<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Visitors: None<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Support Staff: Laurie Kramer via Zoom<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Burger made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Staebell seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Scherrman made a motion to open the public hearing on the proposed amendment to the FY25 budget. Leonard seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There was no public comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Burger made the motion to close the public hearing. Beals seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A motion was made by Burger, second by Staebell to approve the budget amendment for the debt service FY25 to increase the expenditures by $250,000. All ayes. Motion carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
