  8. Consideration and possible action on Third Amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement between the District and the LDRA<\/li>\n
  9. Committee Updates \u2013 Finance, FEMA, Dam Construction\/Timeline, State-County Legislative, Property Management<\/li>\n
