Maquoketa Valley Middle School Conference Room<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Delhi, IA<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting of the Combined Lake Delhi Recreational Facility and Water Quality District Board of Trustees was called to order by Treasurer Laurie Kramer at 9:00 a.m. at the Maquoketa Valley Middle School Conference Room.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trustees present:\u00a0 Kramer, Davidson, Schneider.\u00a0 Kray participated via skype.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Absent: Leonard, Burger, Gifford<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Visitors: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The agenda was reviewed by Kramer.\u00a0 A motion was made by Schneider, second by Davidson to approve agenda.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A motion was made by Kray, second by Davidson to approve Bill Holman from Stanley Consultants to be the District\u2019s agent for the purposes of obtaining the Phase II permit and to authorize Kramer to sign the permit in the absence of President Leonard.\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/span><\/p>\n

There being no\u00a0 public comment, a motion was made Schneider, second by Davidson to adjourn. Motion carried, meeting adjourned at 9:11 am.<\/span><\/p>\n
