Septic System Awareness Day Hosted By Delaware County Sanitation

In an effort to provide people with knowledge of Septic System options and to answer any questions people have about Septic Systems and requirements, the Delaware County Sanitation Department has put together a Septic System Awareness Day on June 2nd 2018 at the White Pines shelter in Baileys Ford Park starting at 9:00am.  At this event the goal is to provide you the opportunity to learn about the multiple options available to you.  Topics of discussion will include:

  • Representatives from Advantax packed media filters, Eco-Flo Packed coco filters, and Waterloo Bio Filters to discuss features and benefits of their systems.
  • A discussion and Q&A on standard septic systems limitations with space and soil types.
  • Certified Septic System Inspectors will be on hand so that you can arrange for them to come to your property to confirm what type of system you have, determine if it is properly functioning, and if it meets current requirements.
  • Information on competitive financing options available for new septic system installations
  • Provide you an opportunity to get answers to all the questions you may have.

Please call/email our office to RSVP/confirm your attendance for the Septic System Awareness day on June 2nd so that we can plan for the appropriate number of people.

Sincerely,
Dennis Lyons
