A special meeting of the Combined Lake Delhi Recreational Facility and Water Quality District was called to order at 10:15 a.m. by President Burger.

Present: Burger, Thomspon, Vance, Colgan and Hingtgen. 

Absent: Staebell, Leonard

Support Staff:  Laurie Kramer

HDR Engineers:  Chris Gise, Bryce Haines and Julie Molaceck

Visitors:  Approximately seventy visitors were in attendance

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Colgan, second by Thompson.  All ayes.  Motion carried.

A presentation regarding the upcoming bond issue was given by Larry Burger, Maggie Burger and the HDR Engineers.  The presentation included financial information regarding the bond issue, voter information and potential dredging/sediment management plans for the lake.  After the presentation the meeting was opened up for questions from the visitors.  Questions included but not limited to were concerns about taxes, the timing of the bond issue and possible alternatives to dredging.

A motion to adjourn was made by Colgan second by Vance.  All ayes.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
