Consideration and possible action on Resolution to approve Agreement and Easement Agreement between DM Cove, LLC and the District related to the transfer or “Injun Joe” property and the granting of easement rights for emergency access to the District, and the acceptance of a Quit Claim Deed transferring said property, authorizing the execution and recordation of same.
